Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, SABLE (the artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

ADOPT TERMS OF USEBy owning a design created by me, user SABLEC0RE ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below.
Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of APRIL 03, 2026.These Terms of Use only apply upon the Owner's new ownership of a design.
Any changes made to the Terms of Use after an Owner has claimed ownership to a design will not apply to said design.

1. The Owner may not delete the design off Toyhouse.
2. The Owner may make both major and minor edits to the design/ redesigns.
3. The Owner may regift the design.
4. The Owner may retrade the design only if the design was obtained via trade and/ or sale.
a. If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/ for free, the design cannot be re-traded unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery. This includes "freebie swaps."
b. Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.5. The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.
a. The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.
b. Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.6. The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.
7. The Owner may use the design for commercial use only if discussed with the Designer beforehand.
8. The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.
9. The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.
10. The Owner may make both major and minor edits to the original artwork.
11. If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to the Designer (SABLEC0RE) must be provided.
12. The Designer only claims ownership of the original design concept/ execution. The Designer does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/ or the character/ associated character of the design.
13. The Designer acknowledges that once a design is owned by the Owner, the design/ character no longer belongs to the Designer.a. The Designer may not "claim back" a design.
b. The Designer may offer to trade and/ or buy the design back, to which the Owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.
